Then from ST. GEORGE, South Carolina -- A man found guilty of rape last month is appealing his conviction because jurors found a confession in his pants pockers. It happened as they were examining the pants, a piece of evidence. Stanley Bradley, was sentenced to 25 years in prison after a jury convicted him of criminal sexual conduct, burglary and kidnapping. During the three-day trial, prosecutors did not enter a written confession into evidence because they could not find a copy. But when the jury began to deliberate, they were given a pair of Bradley's pants that were put in evidence. In one of the pockets, they found a confession.
Finally today the mafia has gotten into a new growth industry: Paying off doctors for Viagra. Police say the Gambino crime family has been stockpiling Viagra and a pharmacy full of other prescription drugs. The drugs all allegedly supplied by 3 prominent new york physicians who were caught on tape supplying the drugs to the thugs. None of the doctors has been charged with crimes.
